Who we are

This website is operated by Think Wide Web (“Think Wide Web”, “we”, “us”). We provide performance advertising services to businesses in the United States, India and elsewhere. For anything in this policy, contact partners@thinkwideweb.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a brief or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, company, work email, country, the channels, pricing model, budget and geography you select, and anything you write in the message field.

Information collected automatically

  • Attribution data. With a brief we record how you found us: campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm_source or click IDs), the referring site, the first page you landed on and the pages you viewed in that session. This is stored in your browser and sent to us only when you submit the form.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies. If you accept them, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft tags measure site usage and the performance of our own advertising. See the cookie policy.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP address, approximate country, user agent and request details for security and performance.

How we use it

  • To respond to your brief and prepare a media plan.
  • To understand which of our own marketing brings enquiries, so we can run it better.
  • To keep the site secure, detect spam and prevent abuse of the contact form.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations once you become a client.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use brief submissions for any purpose other than responding to them.

Legal basis

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent for analytics and advertising cookies; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, securing the site and measuring our marketing; and performance of a contract once you engage us. Processing is carried out in accordance with the US state privacy laws that apply to us and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we share it with

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run this site and deliver form submissions to us.
  • Our CRM and email tools, used to manage enquiries and client relationships.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms, only where you have accepted those cookies.
  • Cloudflare, which checks form submissions for automated abuse.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

Providers process data on our instructions and may be located outside your country, including in the United States and India.

Retention

Brief submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the relationship plus the period required by accounting law. Attribution data in your browser expires after 90 days. Analytics data is retained according to each platform’s settings, which we keep at the shortest practical option.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email partners@thinkwideweb.com. For requests under India’s DPDP Act, the same address reaches our grievance contact. You can change cookie choices at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
