1. These terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Think Wide Web (“Think Wide Web”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services are contracted separately
Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services. Campaigns are provided only under a signed insertion order or services agreement, which sets out the channels, pricing model, rates, minimums, outcome definitions, reporting and payment terms. Where this site and an agreement differ, the agreement applies.
3. Forecasts are not guarantees
Media plans, forecasts, sample reports and illustrative figures on this site describe how we work and what a report looks like. They are not a promise of any particular result. Campaign performance depends on factors outside our control, including your offer, landing pages, pricing, market conditions and platform policies.
4. Using the site
- You may browse the site and submit briefs for genuine business enquiries.
- You may not scrape the site, submit automated or fraudulent forms, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, graphics and code belong to Think Wide Web or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission, except for quoting short extracts with attribution.
6. Advertiser responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the legality of their products, offers, claims and landing pages, and for holding any consents or licences their business requires. We may decline or pause any campaign that in our judgement breaches law, platform policy or our email sending standards.
7. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability relating to campaign services is governed by the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Third-party links
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws stated in the applicable services agreement or, for site use alone, by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Think Wide Web is registered. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
